1. Data Controller

Under Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller responsible for any personal data obtained through this website (this portfolio site) is Mehmet Selim Şenoğlu. For any questions, you can reach me at mehmetselimsenoglu333@gmail.com.

2. What Data Do I Collect, and How?

Contact form. When you reach out through the "Contact" section, you enter your name, email address, and message. This form does not send data to any server — the information you type is only used to open your own device's email application (via a mailto: link), and whether to actually send it is entirely up to you. If you don't send the email, this information is never seen or stored by me in any way.

Server logs. Like virtually every website, the server this site runs on automatically logs standard technical information for each request (your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested). These logs are kept solely for technical troubleshooting and security purposes — they are not used for marketing or profiling, and are never shared with third parties.

Cookies. This site does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.

3. Why Do I Process This Data?

• To keep the site running securely and reliably,
• To comply with my legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

The limited data I collect is never shared with, sold to, or used for marketing by any third party. This site does not use any third-party analytics or advertising service (e.g. Google Analytics).

5. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to contact me and:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information about it if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it's used accordingly,
• Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom it has been transferred,
• Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
• Object to the outcome of processing when it operates against the law.
